Mickey Rourke & Kim Basinger Reunite On The Set Of Jeta Amata's Black November - This Is Exciting!

Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger and Kim Basinger who starred in “9 1/2 Weeks,” will reunite in the political film “Black November” from our very own Nigerian director Jeta Amata.

Rourke plays a CEO of an oil company that will do anything to make money and is responsible for spills, pipeline explosions and burning villages in Nigeria.

The message is Western exploitation of Niger Delta, the local corruption that greases it and violent local resistance. “Black November” is due out later this year.

What Amnesty International said about the movie:

Amnesty International has extensively reported how spills of toxic crude oil from the operations of big oil companies, like Shell, have harmed people’s health and devastated their livelihoods in the Niger Delta. "BLACK NOVEMBER" brings vividly to life the terrible impact of oil company pollution and underscores the need to hold accountable the oil companies responsible.
