Charlize Theron was spotted at the 2012 Human Rights Campaign Los Angeles Gala on Saturday, where she took home the Ally for Equality Award. The actress and new mother of adopted son Jackson donned a simple black Acne dress. The dress with layered bodice and drop waist skirt was paired with simple black sandals and a black Tom Ford clutch. A knotted hairdo and diamond earrings finished the look.
