Katy Perry made a guest appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno this week, to promote her 3D documentary/movie Part Of Me. Katy looked like her quirky but sexy self in a curve-hugging Roland Mouret Spring 2012 dress. The sleeveless navy blue dress with ruffled skirt also featured pretty red tulip appliqués. Katy perfectly styled her dress with satin red platform peep-toes with ankle straps by Giuseppe Zanotti. Side-swept cascading curls and diamond stud earrings completed Katy's look.
