Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and bf Jason Statham were spotted out and about in LA on Wednesday and had a late afternoon snack at In-N-Out Burger. Rosie looked gorgeous, donning faded jeans by MiH and a beautiful jacquard jacket with a floral print by Vanessa Bruno. The model styled her look with suede Isabel Marant booties, a cute purse by Celine and Burberry sunglasses. She kept her hair down in wavy locks.

Spot • Kim Kardashian at Kris Jenner's Annual Christmas Eve Party

On Christmas Eve (December 24) Kim Kardashian attended her mom's annual Christmas Eve party. Kim opted for a pale grey maxi dress with a wrap skirt and a cross-over detail by Mason by Michelle Mason. Kim teamed her dress with YSL Tribtoo platform pumps and accessorized with statement bangles, rings and earrings. Kim looked gorgeous wearing her hair up with some loose strands, dark nails and a red hot lip shade.

Popular Comedian, AY Comedian. has entered into a multimillion- dollar agreement with Haven Homes.

Synergy between comedic innovation and structural innovation was forged when Haven Homes unveiled multiple award-winning comedian AY as their brand ambassador.

The unveiling which held during the recent Haven Homes Expo at the Oriental Hotel was attended by the crème de la crème of the Nigeria society made up lovers of good house with perfect finishing coupled with wonderful after sales service and lovers of clean and wholesome comedy presented with intricate attention to detail.

It was evening of corporate networking as the guests celebrated the union between these two brands with much applause and celebration. The award winning comedian, who recently completed his 2011 comedic tour after visiting four cities with the year, was visibly excited about the union with the home builders whose qualitative finishing was fast becoming the toast of the nation.

The ambassadorial contract, which means the brand AY, would grace the various publicity campaigns of the Haven Homes brand within the next year including billboards, televisions, commercials and other press ads. In line with this, Haven Homes unveiled two of the Television commercials that will soon be hitting the airwaves.

 

Aamir Khan, Bollywood Actor Speaks About His New Born Baby, Azad Rao Khan!

Actor Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao are overjoyed over their new born.

Aamir Khan said at an event in Mumbai to launch the DVDs of Dhobi Ghat, “It is a great joy to be a father. Both Kiran and I are really overjoyed about the baby being born. It’s a real joy…it’s a miracle. A baby being born is like a miracle and nothing comes close to it.”
The couple named their son Azad Rao Khan.

Aamir also revealed that he makes it a point to be in company with his son for at least 2-3 hours daily.
“I tickle up his little toes and then snuggle him…since he is very small so he does not know who I am. But he knows that somebody comes and troubles him every day for two-three hours,” Aamir said smilingly.

The actor added, “We can’t get enough of Azad. For the first time Kiran has stepped out of the house since the baby was born and we are keen on getting back home soon,” he said.
Aamir Khan’s next release will be Talaash directed by Reema Kagti.

Nelly Sued by American Express for an unpaid Credit Card Bill!

Nelly has been slapped with a lawsuit by American Express for a $20,403.64 credit card bill. The company claims the rapper made the charges but never paid up. They filed a lawsuit against Nelly, real name Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr, in Missouri back in October to try and get their money back (plus $3,000 in attorney’s fees). He has refused to pay what he owes. A court hearing is scheduled for January 9. [Source]

Red Carpet Spot • Kate Middleton at the Sun Military Awards in London

Prince William, Duchess Catherine and brother Prince Harry attended the Sun Military Awards at the Imperial War Museum in London last night. Kate looked absolutely beautiful in a strapless velvet Alexander McQueen gown. She paired her elegant gown with ruffled bodice with some royal gems and pumps by Jimmy Choo. As a finishing touch Kate carried a matching velvet clutch and besides that, two cute royal accessories.  

I love it! Royal and fashionable at the same time!

Red Carpet Report • VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul Event

On December 18th, the VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul event was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. A lot of divas were present so... Lets see!

Singer Florence Welch donned an Antonio Berardi rise and fall dress from the 2012 Spring collection. The nude chiffon had leather details and shiny embroideries and was teamed with nude ankle-straps pumps. Florence's hair was down in a straigh style and she added a pop of colour with a red pout.

Mary J. Blige opted for an embroidered Michael Kors 2011 Fall gown. The nude gown featured a draped detail and was paired with glittery nude peep-toes. Mary J.'s hair was in her known asymmetrical bob and she wore a glossy pink lippie.

Jennifer Hudson donned a Francesco Scognamiglio Fall 2011 ensemble. Although this look is pretty diva, I hate it. The shiny material of the knit dress looks cheap and I don't like the collar. And then we have the embellished over-the-knee boots and they make JHud's legs look strange. Jennifer also debuted a new, shorter do and over-accessorized.

British singer Estelle wore a shiny gold gown by Diane von Furstenberg with a plunging neckline. The gold sequined gown was paired with emerald green peep-toes. Estelle accessorized with dangling earrings, a satin black clutch and a few rings.

Jessie J also walked the red carpet. Jessie donned a embroidered and embellished gown by Falguni & Shane Spring 2012. Jessie J's gown is different from the runway version, it's extended and a flounced hemline was added. The singer's hair was in her usual black bob, which looked gorgeous with the gown. She kept her make-up very natural. Jessie wore matching shiny nail polish.

Queen Latifah presented at the VH1 event. The actress wore an one-shouldered Edition by Georges Chakra Fall 2011 gown. Queen teamed her embellished mermaid-gown with silver embellished sandals, which were revealed as her thigh-high split opened up. Her hair was in a tight knot and her make-up was kept very simple.
