Halle Berry Plans Move To France To Protect Daughter, Nahla, As She And Former Flame, Gabriel Aubry Engage In Messy Custody Battle

She's currently in the midst of a messy custody battle over daughter Nahla with her former flame, model Gabriel Aubry.
And it seems as Halle Berry prepares to hopefully move to France she is getting used to her a brand new look too. 

The 45-year-old actress was seen showing off her curly tresses as she stepped out shopping with a friend.


Halle, has recently spoke of how a move to France would be to better protect her four-year-old from stalkers and paparazzi.

'Yeah, there are laws like in France, which is the reason I want go there,' the gorgeous 45-year-old told Extra's Terri Seymour. 'Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I’m not at work, that’s very important to me.'

The Oscar winner has already checked out preschools in Paris with her fiance French actor and model Olivier Martinez, but Gabriel is fighting the move and the judge has yet to officially declare a rule on it.

'It’s not one photographer hiding in the bushes, it’s 20, 30 very close to us, causing commotion,' she said. 
'I’m not complaining about me. I’m an adult; I can handle it. But children should not be subject to that. It’s just wrong.'
