Miley Cyrus was spotted leaving her Miami hotel yesterday. The singer/actress looked stylish in high-waist American Apparel shorts, paired with a black high-neck blouse. Miley paired her ensemble with black leather Frye boots and her go-to Givenchy bag. A fashionable topbun and gorgeous shades completed her look.
