Katy Perry debuted her new single look on Friday, at the 1 OAK Las Vegas Grand Opening & GiveLove Charity Event at the Mirage Hotel & Casino. The now blue-haired actress donned a fabulous embellished mini by McQ (Alexander McQueen's diffusion line). The sleeveless dress was paired with killer Alexander McQueen Armour sandals and onyx earrings. Katy opted for beautiful smoky eye make-up.
