Report • 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards

On June 19, the MuchMusic Video Awards were held in Toronto, Canada to honour the year's best music videos. The big winners were Justin Bieber and Lady GaGa. But more important: the fashion!

Selena Gomez presented the awardshow and wore multiple ensembles.
Selena walked the red carpet in a beige silk and chiffon Burberry Prorsum dress. The dress had a asymmetrical cut, had frayed edges and leather harness straps. She paired her dress with purple Giueseppe Zanotti pumps and purple nails for a pop of colour.

During the show, Selena wore a Dolce & Gabbana white embellished lace dress from the 2011 Spring collection. Her hair was in a chic, loose updo.

Then she went for a Dsquared² romper, the two-tone halter ensemble has a white vest with a plunging lace neckline and black tailored shorts.

Selena's outfit swapping continued, she changed into an asymmetrical shoulder-exposing sparkly off-white minidress. Her hair was in tousled waves and the singer-actress accessorized with gold bangles.

While performing Who Says, Selena wore a sheer flowing red and black dress by  Christoforos Kotentos with sequined cap sleeves and performed on bare feet.

Kat Graham dressed edgy in an emerald buckle-detailed belted dress by Kristian Addnevik. She styled her dress with black suede Raphael Young booties and statement earrings and a ring. She kept her hair down and she wore dramatic eye make-up.

Cassie Scerbo attended the MMVA's in a red cocktail dress by Tony Ward from the 2011 Fall collection which was sleeveless, had a ruffled hemline and a V-neck. Cassie sported a somewhat darker hair colour. She styled her look with Jimmy Choo pumps, a box clutch and statement jewels.

Actress Nikki Reed almost never stands out on the red carpet, but this time she did manage to. Nikki wore a white strapless dress by Ronald Abdala which had sequin detailing. She paired her dress with black Casadei pumps and a black clutch. Maybe she should have added a necklace or something because her look looks a little empty.

I have never liked Nina Dobrev's red carpet style and I still don't. To the MMVA's she wore a Georges Chakra Fall 2010 Couture dress. The emerald green and blue-ish minidress with a big bow was paired with Aldo shoes. Before the show her hair was in a high tail, afterwards her hair was in loose curls.

Lady GaGa also attended the awardshow and performed, she wore Versace throughout the the evening. For her Edge of Glory performance Lady GaGa wore an Atelier Versace jumpsuit, encrusted with black Swarovski diamonds and gold details.

While performing Born This Way, GaGa went for a loose-fitting Gianni Versace print jacket and gold pants.

For her first acceptance speech Lady GaGa opted for a colourful Vintage Versace top, again entirely encrusted with Swarovski crystals. On top of the vintage top she wore a printed trench coat underneath is beaded Vintage Versace pants.

To accept the Ur Fave award Lady GaGa wore a black buckle dress with sheer sleeves. The floor-length dress had buckles everywhere: sleeves, breast and back.

Her last look, in which she posed with her awards the songstress wore a Vintage Versace black and bright blue blazer, combined with tight printed pants and January J sunglasses. I definitely like the first two looks the most, since I like more chic outfits instead of comical.

Pretty Little Liars actress Shay Mitchell also attended the show and she presented Selena Gomez's performance. Shay opted for a black feathered corset dress with a sweetheart neckline by Asos. The corset top was beaded and the skirt tiered feathered. She teamed her dress with Giuseppe Zanotti slingback pumps, a studded clutch and statement jewellery.

Who do you think looked best?
