Report • The 2011 Tony Awards

The 65th Annual Tony Awards ceremony was held on June 12  to recognize achievement in Broadway productions during this season. The ceremony took place at the Beacon Theatre and was broadcast live on CBS and on Times Square. Presenters included Daniel Radcliffe, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Whoopu Goldberg, Chris Rock, Alec Baldwin, Kelsey Grammer, Brooke Shields and Robin Williams. The best play went to War Horse and best musical to The Book of Mormon. Now, it's time for all the fashion!

In my opinion, Brooke Shields disappointed on the red carpet, her dress did nothing for her and makes her look bigger than she is. She wore a sparkling silver dress which looked like she was wrapped in a towel. Her hair and accessories didn't do any good to her look either.

Catherine Zeta-Jones looked absolutely gorgeous and was a presenter at the award ceremony, so she didn't walk the red carpet. Catherine is my best dressed of the evening, she wore a beautiful cutstom red sequined Elie Saab gown which was inspired by the Fall 2011 collection. The long sleeved dress was sexy with an open back but still very chic. She finished her look with a bun and Van Cleef & Arpels jewellery.

Tammy Blanchard looked beautiful in a fabulous Georges Chakra gown from the Fall 2011 collection. Her royal blue mermaid gown had a draped neck and back and was styled with Chopard hoop earrings.

Actress Edie Falco opted for a midnight blue Romona Keveza one shoulder gown which she styled with a silver crystal Swarovski belt and a metallic clutch by DVF. I love the gown, I just dislike the post-swimming hair.

Actress Sutton Foster accepted the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical for Anything Goes. She wore a strapless olive strip chiffon gown by Michael Kors and styled her gown with gold Michael Kors stiletto sandals and a bronze clutch.

Lily Rabe wore an ivory silk chiffon gown by Prabal Gurung Spring 2011 gown which was backless and had a thigh-high split. She added emerald earrings and bright red lippie to her look, she kept her hair down in wavy curls.

Jennifer Damiano was radiant in a Reem Acra Resort 2011 dress. The canary yellow dress had a beaded overlay and a satin waistband. Jennifer combined her dress with shiny gold Charlotte Olympia pumps, which I didn't like with her dress. She styled her hair in a wavy updo and red hot lips.

Patina Miller stunned in a snake-slin print sequined Naeem Khan Fall 2008 gown. She finished her look with her hair styled in a thight bun and gold jewels. I'm a huge animal print fan and I love sequins! L-O-V-E!
