Yesterday, Hilary Duff had some business in Beverly Hills, California. She wore a bright red strong shoulder jacket by Vanessa Bruno, which she teamed with Ksubi Alberceque cut-off shorts (very cut-off). She styled her look with a Chanel purse and very stylish Victoria Beckham sunglasses. Her hair was put up in a cute knot. She topped off the look with baby blue nails. Love the look, but for a business appointment... a little short?
