Kate Middleton opened the Road To 2012: Aiming High exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London on Thursday. The Duchess looked lovely in a dress we haven't seen on her before: a bright blue Stella McCartney frock. The crepe Pre-Fall 2012 shift dress with short sleeves was paired with black satin Prada pumps and a diamond Cartier Trinity necklace. Glossy curls and diamond Swarovski drop earrings completed the look.

Spot • Beyoncé Performs at Revel

Beyoncé gave her first tour concert since giving birth to Blue in Atlantic City last night, kicking off her tour. The singer will perform her upcoming tour shows in custom Ralph & Russo Couture outfits, here are some first looks! Her costumes are encrusted with more than 500 000 Swarovski crystals and are true to B's style. Beyoncé requested fun and edgy pieces, which would have a glamorous feel to them. Twenty couturiers have been working on these looks for 4 weeks, non-stop.

Premiere Report • The 'What To Expect When You're Expecting' LA Premiere

Brooklyn Decker and her co-stars premiered What To Expect When You're Expecting on the West Coast last night, at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Brooklyn wore a lemon-and-lime maxi dress with drop waist from Giambattista Valli's Spring 2012 collection. I don't think the dress was very flattering for the actress, especially because it makes her seem bigger than she really is. Brooklyn styled her ensemble with jewels by Blue Nile, beachy tresses and smokey eye make-up. I'm still not loving Brooklyn's new hair, it makes her seem older than she really is. 

  

Elizabeth Banks looked amazing in a deep red Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2012 dress. The embroidered dress with full skirt was teamed with matching red Alexander McQueen knuckle clutch and matching pumps, also by Alexander McQueen. Neutral make-up and Fred Leighton jewels finished her look. Although this look is a little wintry, Elizabeth looked beautiful!

  

Cameron Diaz also walked the red carpet. This time she upped her red carpet game in a sexy black Valentino mini. The part sheer dress with flirty short skirt and short hemline was detailed with bow-accents. The actress paired her dress with her favourite nude Lanvin ankle-strap pumps and diamond earrings. A side-parted bob, a bright manicure and pink lips provided the finishing touches for Cammie's look. 

  

Jennifer Lopez joined her co-stars for the premiere. The actress/singer opted for a glamorous look; a shiny nude Maria Lucia Hohan gown. The silk pleated gown, with plunging neckline was belted in the waist. Jennifer accessorized with encrusted Sergio Rossi cage booties, a sparkly Swarovski clutch and Jacqueline Nerguizian jewelry. Deep berry lips (love) and a low ponytail completed JLo's look. What I dislike about this look, there's something off about Jennifer's make-up. 

  

Anna Kendrick also attended the premiere of her latest movie. The young actress wore a fully embellished Elie Saab Spring 2012 Couture dress. The nude cocktail dress, with three-quarter-sleeves was teamed with spiked metallic Louboutin ankle-strap heels and a nude Edie Parker clutch. Anna kept her hair down in glossy waves.

Red Carpet Report • The 2012 Elle Women In Music Awards

The 3rd Annual Elle Women In Music Awards were held at the Avalon in Hollywood on Wednesday. 


Ellie Goulding looked very rocker-ish on the red carpet. The British singer wore a black Maison Martin Margiela biker jacket with flame-detailing on the back, paired with leather J Brand pants. Underneath the jacket, Ellie donned a black cut-out bodysuit by Cushnie et Ochs. Her look was finished with Giancarlo pumps with PVC accents and multiple gold statement rings. 

  

Nicole Scherzinger wore a skin-baring Tony Ward Spring Summer 2012 dress from the Couture collection. The blue embellished dress with wide open back was paired with suede platform pumps by Jimmy Choo and a  snake-skin Swarovski clutch. The singer wore her hair up in a high ponytail, what showed off her bare back. Hooped earrings completed Nicole's look. 

  

Candice Accola wore a summery patchwork dress with asymmetrical hemline. The maxi with lace detailing was paired with tan leather clogs. The actress wore her hair in a beautiful braided updo. I love Candice's earrings, dangling green statements!

  

Jessie J, oh my, is also participating in the ombre hair trend. The singer walked the red carpet in a latex dress by Luis Heal for Luxury Latex. The long-sleeve leopard-print dress with gold zip detail along the sleeves was paired with black suede ankle booties by Dolce Vita. Jessie accessorized with a vintage gold Chanel Lion Head necklace. For her performance, the singer donned a custom hot pink leopard catsuit by Alice Vandy. She styled her catsuit with her favourite Jeffrey Campbell spiked ankle boots and a leather biker jacket. 

  

Oh Land joined in on the pajama trend on Wednesday. The singer opted for a yellow silk floral-print shirt with matching pants, paired with a faux fur jacket by Kenzo. Oh Land paired her Pre-Fall 2012 ensemble with chunky black wedges, her hair was down in a wavy style. Without the heavy fluffy jacket, this look would have been better.

  

Best dressed? Actually, no one is a 'best dressed' for me at this event...

Red Carpet Report • The 2011 CMA Awards

On Wednesday, the 2011 CMA Awards were held in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena. Carrie Underwood hosted, in 9 different outfits. Somewhat like Selena Gomez at the EMA's huh?

Taylor Swift wore a beautiful J.Mendel couture gown. The ice blue silk gown had feathered organza detailing and a gathered tulle overlay. Taylor wore her hair in a sophisticated ponytail and as a final touch wore Lorraine Schwartz chandelier earrings. This is a dress in which is just too much going on. Taylor took home the Entertainer of the Year award.

Jennifer Nettles looked great in a silk-chiffon column gown by Naeem Khan from the Fall 2011 collection. The beaded gown featured a blouson bodice and a tulip skirt which was draped beautifully at the hips. Jennifer carried a Kotur clutch and wore her hair in a chic updo.

Female Vocalist of the Year Miranda Lambert walked the red carpet with hubbie Blake Shelton. Miranda opted for a custom strapless Haute Hippie gown with Swarovski crystal embellishments all over, wow! The singer wore her hair back in a gorgeous updo and accessorized with a silver sparkly clutch and disc earrings.

LeAnn Rimes also walked the red carpet in Nashville. The singer was decked out in a grey lace gown with a ruffled train and a tiered bodice by Badgley Mischka. She teamed her gown with a matching quilted clutch. Her hair was in a half-up style and she wore dramatic eye make-up.

Kellie Pickler opted for a cap-sleeve beaded gown by Pamella Roland. She paired the silver gown with floral encrusted earrings and an oversized ring. Her hair was in frizzy curls. I love this look, apart from the hair.

Gorgeous Faith Hill wore a three-quarter-length sleeve Chado Ralph Rucci Spring 2012 dress which was fully beaded. The dress appears to be simple but featured etched out panels on the back. Faith's hair was in a voluminous bouffant and she opted for cat-eye make-up. Love this!

Nicole Kidman accompanied hubbie Keith Urban to the award show. Nicole wore a sensational metallic grey beaded column gown by Jean Paul Gaultier. But I totally hated the styling. The clutch Nicole carried is quite okay. And then we have the Fred Leighton floral choker and black pointy pumps. Why, oh why? I'm confused. As for Nicole's hair, that looked good in a smooth style. Nicole's make-up consisted of metallic eye-shadow and pink lippie.

Red Carpet Spot • Selena Gomez' 2011 MTV EMA Looks

Selena Gomez hosted the MTV EMAs in Belfast on Sunday. She did it in style, wearing nine different outfits. Lets check them out!

Selena walked the red carpet in a tulle embroidered Marchesa Fall 2011 dress with a high collar. She paired the dress with embellished peep-toe heels by Casadei. Her hair was in a side-swept, curly style.  

To open the show, Selena wore a floor-sweeping gown with a studded leather bustier and high slits by Felder Felder from the Fall 2011 collection. The dress was styled with feathered gladiator sandals by Jimmy Choo, a statement necklace and statement bangles by Swarovski.

Next up was an acid green floral dress by Betsey Johnson (Spring 2012). The sweetheart neckline dress featured a bubble skirt and was paired with bright pink Brian Atwood pumps. To finish off her look, Selena added an oversized statement necklace.

Another look of Selena consisted of gold pants paired with a leather embellished jacket. She teamed the outfit with shiny silver ankle-strap heels. She kept her hair down.

I also loved Selena's red sequined jumpsuit by The Blonds with a very low cut-out back. The host accessorized with gold necklaces and a multi-colour bracelet. Selena donned black Casadei pumps. Her curls tumbled down her back.

For another skit Selena was decked out in a pink golf-outfit which consisted of high-waist shorts, a pink polo, high socks and shiny heels. Her hair was in a low ponytail.

One of my favourite looks on Selena was a Topshop ensemble from the 2011 Christmas collection. Selena paired sequined multi-colour shorts and a sleeveless bright yellow top with a sheer back. She styled her ensemble with beautiful purple suede ankle boots by Giuseppe Zanotti.

For her performance with Selena Gomez and the Scene, Selena wore a sequined romper. The purple romper had cut-out detailing on the side and was paired with knee-high suede boots.

Another and final look of Selena was the Moschino Spring 2010 dress. The fruit-printed mini-dress had an embellished cowl neck and a bubble skirt. Her jewellery consisted of Swarovski bangles. She teamed her dress with gold crystallized peep-toes by Casadei.

I'm not sure if the outfits are in the correct order! Which ones do you love?
