Red Carpet Report • The 2012 Teen Choice Awards

On Sunday evening, Fox News organized the annual Teen Choice Awards in Universal City. It was a big teenager event, with lots of fashion so lets see!

Taylor Swift looked pretty in a cream Maria Lucia Hohan dress. The silk dress with illusioned open back and flirty skirt was styled with patent leather Prada slingbacks, a nude clutch by Edie Parker and rose drop earrings. With her hair up in a chic chignon held together by a diamond brooch, kohl-rimmed eyes and a diamond Lorraine Schwartz bracelet, Taylor's look was completed.

 

Lea Michele stepped out on the pink carpet yesterday evening. The actress looked pretty in a sexy Atelier Versace Spring 2012 dress. The strapless textured mini with gold metallic peplums was paired with pointed-toe Versace platform pumps, which seemed a bit too chunky with the dress. Dangling silver earrings, a heavy tan and glossy pink lips provided the finishing touches for the look.

   

Selena Gomez celebrated her 20th birthday during the show. The singer/actress looked gorgeous in a pink Dsquared² Resort 2013 dress with flared skirt. The sleeveless dress was styled with nude Herve Leger by Max Azria sandals and star earrings by Lana Jewelry. Sleek center-parted hair and sultry smoky eyes completed the look.

 

Hayden Panettiere, what can I say... Purple is not my colour. The blonde actress wore a sequined Zuhair Murad dress with a cut-out on the back. The dress with frilled hemline was styled with multi-colour Brian Atwood platform pumps and a glittery purple clutch. Hayden wore her hair down in a beachy style.

 

 

 

Victoria Justice walked the pink carpet in a flirty leopard-print halterneck dress by Gomez-Gracia. The handkerchief dress with asymmetric hemline was decorated with a crystal-embellished leather belt. Victoria styled her dress with nude pointed-toe pumps, a metallic Lauren Merkin clutch and gold hooped earrings. A sleek hairstyle and sultry make-up completed the look.

 

Lucy Hale looked gorgeous in a coral red Wes Gordon Spring 2012 halter dress. The fitted sleeveless dress with flared skirt was styled with shiny Brian Atwoord ankle-strap platform sandals and a matching box clutch by Jimmy Choo. A glossy side-swept braid, a rich red lip shade complementig her dress and gold Giles & Brother bangles wrapped up the look.

 

Chelsea Kane looked cute on the pink carpet. The actress/singer donned cropped Alice & Olivia patchwork shorts, paired with a white French Connection top with pale yellow embellished sleeves. Chelsea styled her look with suede electric blue pumps, which provided a pop of colour. Gold stud earrings and a smooth short hairstyle completed the look.

  

 

 

Shay Mitchell looked radiant in yellow on the pink carpet. The Pretty Little Liars actress donned a bright bustier dress by Donna Karan. The sleeveless mini with frayed detailing beautifully showed off Shay's toned legs. Unfortunately, Shay paired her dress with nude Camilla Skovgaard pumps, although bright strappy sandals were needed here. Glossy ombre curls and sultry make-up finished the look.

 

Zoe Saldana looked stunning at the Teen Choice Awards. The actress wore a belly-baring Jonathan Saunders Pre-Fall 2012 look. Zoe paired a geometric-printed crop top with matching voluminous skirt and styled her look with aqua blue sandals by Louboutin. Tiffany & Co. jewels and flawless make-up provided the finishing touches for the look.

 

Nina Dobrev was a winner on Sunday. The Vampire Diaries actress took home the Best TV Actress in a Fantasy/Sci-Fi Series award for the series. Nina looked beautiful in an emerald green Resort 2013 dress. The silk bustier dress featured a voluminous gathered skirt and was styled with sparkly metallic strappy sandals by Louboutin, a Kotur clutch and delicate Coomi jewels. A healthy glow and a braided hairstyle completed the look.



 

 

Demi Lovato hosted the 2012 Teen Choice Awards yesterday evening. She looked very edgy in a silver-and-yellow Falguni & Shane Peacock Spring 2012 mini dress. The embellished dress with leather sleeves and feathered hemline was styled with black Louboutin platform peep-toes. A towering sleek ponytail, a black manicure and silver statement earrings wrapped up the look.

 

Zooey Deschanel went for a cobalt blue Monique Lhuillier dress to attend the award show. The New Girl actress selected a Resort 2013 A-line dress with matching belt. Zooey paired her dress with black leather bow-embellished pumps and a gold Jimmy Choo clutch. I really dislike Zooey's accessory-choices here, it's just too dark. A soft hairstyle with whispy bangs and kohl-rimmed eyes completed the look.  

  

Nikki Reed looked beautiful at the pink carpet. The actress paired a top and skirt by Contrarian New York from the 2012 Holiday collection. Nikki wore a ink blue strapless corset with deep V-neck and a silk black gathered skirt. She styled her ensemble with sparkly silver platform ankle-strap sandals by Brian Atwood and a matching sparkly Jimmy Choo clutch. A teased ponytail and cat-eye make-up and embellished earrings provided the finishing touches for the look.

 

Kristen Stewart didn't walk the pink carpet but did collect the Ulimate Choice award for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 onstage. The actress looked pretty in black leather pants, paired with a blue-and-silver printed Roberto Cavalli Resort 2013 blazer with silk black lapels and a simple Fluxus tee. Kristen styled her look with her favourite black Pigalle pumps by Louboutin, her go-to Cartier jewels and a black Maison Martin Margiela bracelet. Complementary metallic blue eye make-up and a side-swept hairstyle with single braid finished the look.  

  

Jordin Sparks walked the pink carpet in a black Chagoury Couture halter dress. The dress, with plunging neckline and floral bead-embroidered top also featured a voluminous poufy skirt. The singer styled her look with purple Prada pumps and pink Simon G drop earrings. A simple ponytail, glossy lips and kohl-rimmed eyes provided the finishing touches for Jordin's look.

 

Gwen Stefani performed at the Teen Choice Awards with her band No Doubt. The actress looked very edgy, rocking a sleeveless high-neck leather biker jacket and black pants, both by Yves Saint Laurent. Gwen styled her look with Louboutin pointed-toe pumps and mirrored cat-eye shades. A side-swept hairstyle, red lips and a gold XIV Karats bracelet wrapped around her ankle completed the look.

Beyoncé was the biggest star during the 2012 BET Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium in LA yesterday evening. The singer took home Best Female R&B Artist and her husband Jay-Z and Kanye West took home several awards for The Throne. Bey looked fabulous in a Stéphane Rolland Spring 2012 Couture gown. The one-sleeve gown with thigh-high slit was styled with a gold waistband and Givenchy sandals. A voluminous curly hairstyle and Lorraine Schwartz jewels provided the finishing touches for Queen B's look.

Blake Lively entered the building of The Charlie Rose Show in a stunning Marios Schwab look, but was spotted backstage in an entirely different outfit! The actress looked even better now, in a gorgeous Monique Lhuillier Resort 2013 dress. The sleeveless silk dress with multi-coloured abstract-printed panels on the side looked beautiful on Blake. She styled her look with black suede Crazy Fur ankle-strap pumps by Louboutin, with a fun detail on the heel: fuzzy pink fur, matching the print of her dress. A stack of Lorraine Schwartz bracelets and a side-swept twisted ponytail provided the finishing touches for Blake's dazzling promo look.

Spot • Blake Lively on 'The Late Show With David Letterman' & 'Good Morning America'

Blake Lively has started her Savages promo tour after yesterday's LA premiere. Her first stop was the Ed Sullivan Theatre in NY, for a taping of The Late Show With David Letterman. The beautiful actress entered the theatre in a silk-chiffon dress from the Jenny Packham Fall 2012 collection. The long-sleeve dress with sparkly encrusted neckline and cuffs, with a sexy keyhole-accent and a wrapped skirt was perfectly matched with encrusted Louboutin heels. Blake left the building with the same half-up, half-down hairstyle. This time, she was a vision in white in a Marchesa cape dress. The dress, with an embellished detail on the shoulder was accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and the same Loubies.

 

Blake also stopped by Good Morning America. The actress went for some colour after all the white, wearing a crimson red suit by Michael Kors, from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection. Blake wore a long-sleeve blazer with notched lapels and curved hem and matching skinny pants. She styled her look with Louboutin Neuron sandals, which matched her black top. A bee-hive ponytail, sultry smoky eyes and a pink lip shade wrapped up the look.

Lea Michele attended the 2012 Fox Upfront presentation on Monday evening in NYC, as a part of the Glee cast. The actress looked lovely in a blush lace Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall 2012 dress. The sleeveless, over-the-knee dress with scalloped hemline was teamed with matching Casadei heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels. A braided bun with bangs and a dark berry lip shade finished Lea's look. I love the look! Zooey Deschanel also walked the black carpet. The New Girl-actress opted for a signature quirky Carven Spring 2012 look. Zooey wore a white button-down shirt with a cut-out on the chest, paired with a black skirt. Black tights, black heels and a thin patent black belt were added to her look. Side-swept curls and pink lips completed this look. 

  

Demi Lovato and Britney Spears were introduced as new judges for The X Factor on Monday. Demi looked gorgeous in a printed Falguni & Shane Peacock Spring 2012 dress with draped detail cascading from the shoulder. She accessorized with black embellished peep-toe pumps by Topshop. Britney, on the other hand, was same old, same old. She once again opted for a body-hugging dress, this time a plum Alexander Wang frock with cut-outs and V-neckline. Britney wore gold cage sandals by Sergio Rossi and make-up wise she opted for kohl-rimmed eyes and light pink lips. A sleek hairstyle finished her look. 

Naya Rivera also joined in on the fun. The Glee-actress looked pretty in a dusty pink long-sleeve dress by Lubly Kira Plastinina, from the Fall 2012 collection. The dress featured a rise-and-fall hemline and was paired with embellished Giuseppe Zanotti T-strap sandals. A simple updo, hooped earrings and pink lippie provided the finishing touch for this look. Jenna Ushkowitz wore a snake-print dress by Rebecca Minkoff. The sleeveless dress with black shoulder straps and side cut-outs was styled with simple black heels. Yesterday evening, the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival kicked off with the premiere of The Five Year Engagement. The premiere was held at the Ziegfield Theater in NY, the opening party at the MOMA, also in NYC.


Emily Blunt looked very chic at the red carpet, wearing a strapless Jason Wu Pre-Fall 2012 dress with fitted bodice and flared skirt. The black dress with green embroideries and a silver belt was teamed with green Alice + Olivia pointed-toe pumps. Emily wore her hair in a tight updo and carried a black Valentino clutch. Fuchsia lips and beautiful Lorraine Schwartz earrings provided the finishing touches for the premiere-worthy look. Olivia Wilde has gone blonde! The actress attended the premiere in a animal-print maxi dress by Yigal Azrouël Pre-Fall 2012 dress. Olivia styled her maxi with a gold clutch by Jimmy Choo and Ippolita earrings. 

  

Alison Brie went for white in a Victoria Beckham halterneck dress. The body-hugging dress was paired with open-toe ankle-strap wedges by Brian Atwood. Her dark hair was down in a straight style. Alison completed her dress with a silver bangle and cocktail ring by Lorraine Schwartz. Elizabeth Banks was gorgeous on the red carpet once again. The busy actress donned a Peter Pilotto Spring 2012 ensemble, which included a red-and-blue top paired with a lace-detailed chiffon skirt. Elizabeth styled her look with navy suede pointed-toe pumps. A side-parted hairstyle completed the look. 

  

Camilla Belle looked beautiful in a shimmering gold dress by Jason Wu, from the Fall 2012 collection. The sleeveless dress with keyhole accents was styled with Sergio Rossi pumps and a tasseled clutch, also by Jason Wu. Camilla wore her hair in a teased updo, David Yurman jewels completed her look. Leelee Sobieski opted for a halterneck dress with bandage-bodice by Boy. by Band of Outsiders. The black dress was paired with strappy platform sandals by Azzedine Alaïa. A slicked-back hairstyle and a dark lip shade finished her look.
