Victoria Beckham was spotted out with baby Harper in NYC following her successful Spring 2012 presentation at the NY Public Library. The fashionista gave us a first look from the Victoria by Victoria Beckham Spring 2012 collection. Victoria wore a cute drop-waist black and watermelon dress with scalloped edges. She styled the dress with super high black Christian Louboutin Daffodil booties. VB wore her hair down in a soft wavy style and wore one of her huge signature sunglasses.
