Victoria's Secret Angels Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Aldridge walked the pink carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show viewing party in New York City last night.

Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr donned a leopard-printed dress with a fitted bodice by Dolce & Gabbana. Miranda teamed her dress with black pointed-toe pumps by Gianvito Rossi and a studded black Stella McCartney clutch. She completed her look with sexy red lippie. I love how Miranda is cute and sexy at the same time!

Angel Lily Aldridge opted for a wine-coloured Gucci mini-dress. The mini featured a draped detail a the waist. The model paired her dress with black laquered platform pumps. She kept her two-toned hair down in wavy curls.

Bombshell Alessandra Ambrosio wore a long-sleeved Balmain Resort 2012 dress which featured gold embroideries. We've already seen the dress on Zoe Saldana, but hers had a chiffon train. Alessandra paired her dress with nude platform peep-toes by Jimmy Choo and accessorized with a leather Valentino clutch and dangling earrings.

Spot • Uma Thurman at the 2011 UNICEF Snowflake Ball

Uma Thurman attended the 2011 UNICEF Snowflake Ball in NYC last night. Uma opted for a beautiful curve-hugging emerald green Atelier Versace dress. The cashmere dress had a sheer panel over the shoulders and breast and worked wonderful for Uma's bust. The actress paired her dress with gold strappy sandals, a combination that I don't really like. Uma's hair was in a sophisticated updo and her make-up was flawless.

I love the dress but I still have doubts about the length.

Rihanna Seeks Beyonce's Advice

SHATTERED Rihanna nearly cancelled a concert after suffering a meltdown under the stress of her mega world tour.  The Bajan singer, 23, threw the wobbler just hours before she was due on stage in Dublin last Friday. She only decided to perform after making a tearful phone call to mentor Beyonce, who was able to talk her round.

Rihanna went ahead with the concert as planned and wrote online afterwards: “I’m so light-headed!” The star is suffering from exhaustion amid the stress of her gruelling ten-month, 101-date tour.

A source said: “She’s just a young woman who just wants to have fun, but she was feeling pretty low.

“It’s a mix of exhaustion and stress. She’s been partying hard to take her mind off things, but there are days when she wakes up and doesn’t even know where she is because of the travelling.

“It’s no wonder she is feeling down.”

Paula Patton For Jezebel Magazine Nov 2011

Actress Paula Patton covers the November 2011 issue of JEZEBEL magazine, which is based out of Atlanta. Patton, 35, is in heavy demand these days due to her coveted role as a beautiful secret spy in the action thriller Mission: Impossible, Ghost Protocol, starring Tom Cruise. 

On auditioning for the role in Ghost Protocol: “The truth is that I really didn’t think that I was going to get it. I remember them calling me and asking me to come in and read for the director, and I was like, ‘Come on, guys, don’t waste my time!’”

When she got the phone call letting her know she got the role: “I was like, ‘Stop! Stop!’ It was a great moment.”

On deciding to go into acting: “I was around 27 when I had this epiphany. I was writing screenplays and trying to do my thing, but, in all honesty, it was a lot of procrastination. Then I thought to myself, ‘What have I always loved to do?’ and the answer was, ‘to act!’ My next thought was, ‘Screw it, I have nothing to lose.’”

On her childhood: She had “The best mommy in the world!” adding “things were not perfect—as many childhoods aren’t—and for me, my escape was my imagination.”

She says she still “doesn’t like reality very much,” but the wife of Robin Thicke says there are some parts of the real world she does love. “I love my son; I love my husband; and then I want to take them into my dream-world…My dream is Paris, and good food, and beautiful sunsets, and no worries, and no stress and life floating on a cloud!”

On Monday, the 2011 British Fashion Awards were held at the Savoy Hotel and Theatre in London. At the British Fashion Awards, British designers are celebrated for their creativity and success. The British Fashion Awards were established in 1989. Some winners: Sarah Burton (Designer of the Year), Christopher Kane (New Establishment Award), Stella McCartney (Red Carpet Award) and Victoria Beckham (Designer Brand Award) This year the Awards took place on the 28th, so lets check out the fashion!

One of my favourite fashionista's, Olivia Palermo looked beautiful on the red carpet. She donned a beaded, sequined and feathered wool-crepe Matthew Williamson Fall 2011 dress, which I loved! Olivia styled her ensemble with her favourite Topshop flame ankle boots and a clutch by Charlotte Olympia. Olivia wore her hair in a low bun and she topped off her look with bling bling earrings and a matching ring.

Victoria Beckham was a winner in her own brand, in a black halter dress with a pleated skirt and open back from the Fall 2011 collection. Victoria paired her dress with black Louboutin Daffodil pumps. Her hair was in a low bun. She added a pop of colour with burgundy nails.

Alexa Chung was the winner of the British Style Award. She took her award home in a Christopher Kane Spring 2012 dress. The silk dress featured an embellished overlay and was teamed with a matching clutch, also by Christopher Kane. Alexa wore cute velvet kitty flats by Charlotte Olympia. Her hair was down and she wore (almost) no make-up. Such a cute look!



Stella McCartney also was a winner. The designer (obviously) opted for a printed baggy jumpsuit with a deep V-neck from her Spring 2012 collection. She paired her jumpsuit with black sandals, which were a bit to heavy for the look. Stella wore her hair in a sleek style.

Actress Kate Hudson wore a custom Stella McCartney gown while handing Stella McCartney her award. Her embroidered black one-shoulder gown featured a mesh panel. Kate wore her blonde hair in a top knot. Isn't she in a perfect shape, only five months after giving birth to her son?!

Daughter of Yasmin le Bon, Amber le Bon also attended the Awards. She wore a blue and white halter dress with slash pockets by Peter Pilotto from the Resort 2012 collection. She paired her dress with suede beige pumps and a gold glitter clutch. Amber wore her hair in a centre-parted low bun. Beautiful!

Model Poppy Delevigne wore a beautiful long-sleeve embroidered gown with an open back by Matthew Williamson from the Spring 2012 collection. She wore natural make-up and wore her hair in a side-swept ponytail. How boho!

Spot • Kristin Cavallari in West Hollywood

Kristin Cavallari was spotted out and about in West Hollywood on the 26th of November. The star wore a short dress with a leather top and a beige skirt by Mason by Michelle Mason which she accented with a thin belt in the waist. Kristin paired her dress with gorgeous suede booties by Walter Steiger and a black clutch. Her hair was up in a messy ponytail.

Review • OPI Rainbow Connection

This week I'm wearing a Muppet Holiday hue by OPI: Rainbow Connection. It's a gorgeous multi-coloured glitter polish. Rainbow Connection is a somewhat see through laquer because the glitters are kept together by a see through formula. Because of this, I'm wearing OPI's Lucerne-tainly Look Marvelous (a silver shade) underneath it, so you won't see my nails.



It's a pity the sun wasn't shining while I took the pictures because seeing the glitters in the sunlight is sensational! I do have to say, the nail polish is better in real life than in the pics.

So what do you think? I have three Muppet Collection colours but I still like Warm & Fozzie better!

Jim Iyke Is Not Arrogant, He Is Confident. Please Give Him A Break.

I feel really bad about all the horrible comments that i have been seeing on so many sites against actor, Jim Iyke, since his recent unfortunate incident came to light. Jim has practically been castigated by the "Office Of ITK Public Opinion". If you were not there and did not witness the said allegations take place, then why are you being so quick to judge? Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?

Seriously, i think Jim Iyke is greatly misunderstood and people should just give the guy a break. Jim is brutally honest and has admitted publicly that he has anger issues and revealed that he was attending Anger Management Sessions, which he finds therapeutic.

His exact words: "I will not disrespect you by lying about the fact that I do get into one or two brushes with people here and there. I will not give any excuse that I have never been that kind of person. I am taking a Anger Management Session now, it was advised not only by my fiancée, but also by my agent. It is a very interesting session for my well being. One thing about our society is that we have not accepted celebrities with their whims and caprices. An actor is allowed to be eccentric. There is a thin line between the person you see on stage and the real actor. A lot of people do not understand that." This statement moved me to tears. For a top celebrity like himself to come out and admit that hey, i'm not perfect and i'm taking steps to deal with my imperfections, Jim has to be commended and respected. At least he doesn't pretend to be what he's not.

I can honestly tell you as well, that contrary to popular belief, Jim Iyke is actually not arrogant; rather he is confident and his aura exudes this. People misconstrue his confidence as arrogance. And regarding his anger issues, from my experience dealing with friends that have similar problems, these people do not talk a lot. When they are attacked, bullied and judged (generally by people who do not know them), they try to ignore it at first, but when the jibes keep going on and on and on, the pent-up anger welled up inside them will eventually snap! This is the reason why Jim may appear rude when he confronts his critics on Twitter or in interviews.

Please people, i implore you, do not take delight in kicking a man when he is down. I am sure that a lot of us have been in different unfortunate situations before God lifted us back up. This is just a temporary glitch for Jim, he will definitely rise again. Celebrities are human beings like the rest of us and just like us, they also need love and support. Jim may be a tough cookie, but he does have feelings and is obviously hurt by all this. This is a man that has put his hand up and publicly acknowledged his imperfections. Am i the only one who sees this as a cry for help? This is a guy that has delighted and entertained us on screen for years and now he needs our support; so ask yourselves this question honestly and let your conscience guide you: "Am i going to stand by Jim or will i keep judging him"? I rest my case.

The dress had wave trims on the pockets and the hemline and showed off her waist. Yasmin pulled her hair back into a bun and styled her dress with black sandals.

Kareena Kapoor Refuses To Work With Arunoday Singh In "Heroine"

And once again, Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Heroine undergoes a change. And this time, its the leading lady Kareena Kapoor who has caused this change. Reason: Bebo isn’t keen on getting intimate with actor Arunoday Singh on screen. And so, Randeep Hooda has replaced Arunoday Singh.

Arunoday Singh had dedicated himself completely to the project, from the very start. He was super excited to share screen space with Aishwarya Rai. Back then, he even said, “Why feel the pressure? I am not going to fight a battle. To work with Aishwarya would be amazing and I am looking forward to it.”
But now, the actors excitment has turned to dismay as he is no more a part of the project.

“Kareena approved of Randeep filling up for Arunoday. She was also informed at the earlier stage when Randeep was being approached,” informed a source.

“Randeep is very happy to work with Bhandarkar and UTV. Heroine, after all, is a big film. He will be playing a cricketer in it,” added the source.

Confirming the news, Bhandarkar said, “The role was changed. Randeep suits it more now. Arunoday is a very talented guy. I am looking forward to working with him in the future.”

Jennifer Hudson Says Her Fiance Saved Her Life!

Jennifer Hudson covers the current issue of Ebony magazine and in the interview she says she was supposed to be with her family on the day they were murdered. The singer changed her plans to visit her mother at the last minute instead going to see her fiancé, David Otunga, fight in a World Wrestling Entertainment match.

“He wanted me to come out to Florida with him instead of going to Chicago. I flew out to see him; that’s why I’m still here. That’s one of the things that saved my life. Because I could have been home with my mom then.”

It’s a sad realization that Jennifer has a hard time expressing. ”I’ve never said that before, and I can’t believe I just said that now,” she says.
