Liz Akan's Amazing TalentThe first time i introduced Liz Akan's cakes here, it caused pandemonium, as i was bombarded with emails and phone calls. The demand was so crazy, especially as it was almost Christmas period.
Nene, as Liz is fondly called, is a force to be reckoned with in this business. I promise, i have NEVER seen any cake designs that are as unique as hers. It takes a true artist to create designs with such skills as she does.
Nene includes so much detail in some of these designs, using just cake, icing sugar, or any sweet that is appropriate for the design. I sincerely cannot fathom how she can achieve this feat without using artificial props! She is simply an ACE!!!
