It’s been over 5 months since the second season of the Nigerian Idol show kicked off and after tough drillings, star performances and surprise evictions, fan favourite Chinwo Nnenda better known as Mercy has emerged winner!
Mercy (or Mecinda as she is fondly called), defeated co-contestant Joe Blue after the acts rendered three songs and were heavily applauded by the audience.
The show kicked off when Hosts Ill Ryhmz and Tiwa Savage who was looking as ravishing as ever called the 12 finalists to render the National Anthem which was followed by a performance from Wizkid, W4 and Chuddy K.
