Report • Rooney Mara's 'The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo' European Red Carpet Style

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, a highly anticipated movie starring Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara is about a journalist (Daniel) who is searching for missing computer hacked Lisbeth Salander (Rooney). The movie will hit theaters on January 19. Rooney showed us ensembles ranging from Louis Vuitton to Rodarte, so lets check it out.

The world premiere took place in London, at the Odeon Leicester Square at the 12th of December. The actress opted for a Givenchy Couture Fall 2011 gown with an open back and cut-out details at the waist. The embroidered gown with cold shoulders contrasted with her raven black bangs but she still looked quite angelic.

After the London premiere, Rooney opted for Roksanda Ilncic Resort 2012 in Stockholm (December 13). The actress opted for a black jumpsuit with cut-out details at the waist. I'm not loving this look at all. Especially the pants seem to be too big for the petite actress. Rooney finished off her look with her Brian Atwood pumps and a rich red lip shade.

At the New York premiere of TGWTDT at the Ziegfeld Theatre, Rooney opted for a black silk dress by Prabal Gurung. The dress with graphic inserts and completely sheer back was teamed with Mary Jane peep-toes by Louboutin. Rooney's hair was in a lacquered style, the actress added bold red lippie for a pop of colour.

On January 3, Rooney attended the Paris premiere, looking super cute. The actress donned a sleeveless Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2012 dress with a bell-shaped skirt. Rooney paired her embroidered dress with a leather belt and strappy sandals. Her bangs were parted to the sides.

Right after Paris, Rooney Mara jetted off to Madrid, Spain. For the photocall the actress donned a military wool jacket with a flared waist from the Givenchy Pre-Fall 2011 collection. The tri-coloured jacket was paired with a loose black skirt, tights and ankle-strap heels by Louis Vuitton. For the premiere, Rooney opted for a beautiful silk chiffon gown from the Rodarte Fall 2011 collection. Rooney looked very statuesque in the dotted halter gown, which was detailed with a bow-accent. Rooney's hair was in a lacquered locks and she kept her make-up very natural.

In Berlin, Rooney attended the photocall in a Miu Miu Spring 2012 ensemble. The look included a grey cropped top with a black flared skirt, teamed with black strappy sandals by Miu Miu. Although this look is fresh, and Rooney has the body to pull it off, I don't know about this one. The premiere look on the other hand, I loved. The actress wore a gorgeous Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2012 gown with a rise and fall hemline and cut-out details. Her gown was teamed with Nicholas Kirkwood peep-toes, her hair was pulled back in a hairband.

After Germany, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo was taken to Rome. Rooney attended the photocall in a Dion Lee Fall 2012 leather dress with cut-out details. The actress teamed her dress with grey suede platform peep-toes by Pierre Hardy. At the premiere, Rooney wore some colour. The actress donned a beautiful red gown with short sleeves from the Valentino Spring 2012 collection. I love the red with Rooney's skin!

Which of Rooney's European look do you like most? I loved the Parisian Louis Vuitton look and the gorgeous Michael Kors dress in Germany.

Red Carpet Report • The 2012 Critics' Choice Awards

On January 12th, the 17th annual Critic's Choice Awards were held in LA. And the stars brought on their A-game!

Shailene Woodley looked simple but still amazing on the red carpet. The young actress opted for a grey silk dress with a metallic silver neckline from the Calvin Klein Resort 2012 dress. Shailene let her hair fall down her open back and over her shoulder. Her make-up was very neutral. Love how she kept it minimalist!

Elle Fanning donned a Spring 2012 gown by Rodarte with tulle overlays. The sunflower-printed gown worked well with Elle's beachy hairdo and her young age. The floaty dress was paired with shiny sandals.

Kirsten Dunst opted for a Christian Dior Spring 2012 dress with bow accents. The sleeveless dress featured a chiffon hemline and was teamed with ankle strap peep-toes by Jimmy Choo. The blonde actress wore diamond drop earrings with a matching bracelet. Her hair was in a complicated do, swept over the shoulder. For a pop of colour, Kirsten wore a hot pink lip shade.

True Blood-actress Evan Rachel Wood donned a black column gown with subtle embroideries by Valentino. The Spring 2012 gown was paired with an embellished clutch and onyx bud-earrings. She opted to copy the runway hairstyle but with her pixie cut, it didn't completely work out. Make-up wise, she's flawless.

Michelle Williams wore a black and white belted dress Chanel Resort 2012 dress. The actress opted for simple styling, carrying a quilted Chanel clutch and wearing Fred Leighton for Forevermark jewelry. Michelle's lip shade matched her strawberry blonde hair.

Elizabeth Olsen donned a cream and yellow mini by Emilio Pucci Spring 2012 with long sleeves and lace trims. She teamed her dress with nude sandals, also by Emilio Pucci. Elizabeth wore her hair down in wavy curls.

Emma Stone donned a green and navy printed Jason Wu Pre-Fall 2012 gown with a handkerchief hem and a teardrop neckline. The belted gown was paired with black peep-toe heels by Alexander McQueen. Emma's hair was in a soft updo. I love how Emma's pale skin works with the colour of the dress.

Stacy Keibler walked the red carpet with bf George Clooney in a white gown with a cowl neck and a strap detailed back by Giorgio Armani. The glamorous gown was teamed with a embroidered clutch by Marchesa and silver hoop earrings. She kept her hair down in wavy curls.

Diane Kruger looked absolutely stunning but I do have to say: I'm biased because I love Diane's style. The actress walked the red carpet in a halter Prada gown with yellow and light blue shades. Diane complemented the dress with a bright pink clutch by Prada bright pink lips. Her messy updo made her look seem even more effortless.

And then, my other favourite of the night, Charlize Theron. The blonde actress looked gorgeous in an Azzedine Alaïa Fall 2011 couture gown. The black dress with ruffled skirt and scalloped edges really made Charlize stand out. She paired her dress with simple strappy sandals by Giambattista Valli and a Bvlgari ring. Her hair was in a side swept braided bun. Perfect!

So, my faves are Charlize Theron, Diane Kruger and Elizabeth Olsen!
Who are yours?
