The model wore a dramatic Elie Saab Fall 2012 gown. The long-sleeved gown, with embroidered netted bodice and black pleated chiffon skirt also featured an open back. Anja accessorized with a black clutch, strappy black sandals and ruby Chopard jewels, including hooped earrings and a matching ring. A purposely messy updo and rich red lips completed this look.
