The model wore a red hot Roberto Cavalli gown with off-the-shoulder straps. The gown with fitted bodice and flowing skirt with thigh-high split also featured embellishments along the neckline and in the waist. Irina accessorized her gown with satin champagne-coloured peep-toes and gorgeous statement earrings by de Grisogono. Sparkly lips and a simple bun completed the look.
