The actress looked stunning in a custom Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière gown. The sleeveless silk gown with green-and-teal embroidered pattern had a plunging neckline and thigh-high side split. A black belt and black strappy Balenciaga heels styled the look. A full tousled mane and her standard Cartier jewels completed Kristen's look.
